Respectful Conduct and Zero Tolerance of Harassment
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for our staff, clients, contractors and other third parties. All persons interacting with the Company are expected to treat others with courtesy, dignity and respect.
We do not tolerate any form of sexual harassment, discrimination, harassment, victimisation or abusive behaviour, whether in person or through written, telephone or electronic communications. This includes unwanted conduct of a sexual nature and conduct relating to a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010.
‘Any staff member or client found to have engaged in discriminatory, harassing, or abusive conduct towards another individual on the grounds of a protected characteristic may face appropriate action, which for clients may include suspension or termination of services, and for staff may include disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, in line with our internal policies. We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses conduct that falls short of these standards to report it to senior management without fear of detriment for reporting in good faith.’
